Hors-Cerise🍒 - Get RID OF YOUR CALLUSES WITH This Balm
Use this Product if you Weight Train to get rid of the calluses in your hands
You must have learned about sarcopenia in the last article and also about the importance of weight training.
(If you missed it, it’s the natural loss of muscle mass as we age).
Weight training is great! However, it might leave calluses in your palms if you aren’t careful.
I will recommend training with gloves if you’d like to avoid them. Especially women.
But personally, I like training without them.
I don’t want the gloves to take away the roughness I feel when I grip on the pull-up bar, even if it hurts a lot after a while. Gloves might make it easier, but I don’t want to lose that direct connection.
So, gloves will not be an alternative for me.
I started digging online and found some good ways to remove and heal them. Some natural products which, combined, will create a perfect remedy to soften the skin, break down the thick layers, and help your hands heal naturally.
Better news is, I found a product which has all these ingredients combined with the right dosage to get rid of those CALLUSES ⤵

How to get rid of Calluses?
As you can see, on the second picture, the calluses are barely visible. And it’s only after two weeks of using the balm and the stainless steel blades.
They recommend applying twice a day, or whenever we add to train or after training. However, I use it every time I get a chance.
I always keep my balm on me so I could apply it on my hands every time so they could heal faster. It helped a lot as you can see in the right picture.
